Hi,
My family and i were in italy when i was 13, and yes, you can by any alcoholic drinks you want! One night when we were in restaurant the waiter brang for all of us a dessert drinks...  It was somekind of melon ligueur, pretty tasty now when i think of it! Luckily for the waiter(and maybe me), my parents accept little drinking, they say that it's better to start safely with them than with friends in the nearby forests..
