I'm fairly certain you do need the FISD_Library for EFHK to work correctly... I'd install Finnterrain / Finnclass as well because they make the scenery look so much better.

I had just installed the FISD_Library, Finnterrain and Finnclass. But the problem with buildings was becuse I made a mistake in adding a winter update (I added this like a new scenery), but now I put all files of Vantaa in one directory - and now it works correctly

I already downloaded the ULLL scenery an had a look at Pulkovo this afternoon. The scenery is very nice  I would say though that the approach over the city was rather choppy as all those autogen buildings ate my cpu cycles!

As for me, I put in my settings of the sim the autogen to "sparse" and having no problems with low fps:)
The designers can't to make the approach without big city

Glad to hear it's working now!

Problem with autogen=sparse is there are not enough trees when you fly low over forest (this happens occasionally in Finland ) so I think I'll just live with the occasional framerate hit!

If you use default trees, you can try this:
http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=treegen.zip&CatID=root&Go=Search

or this:
http://avsim.ru/files.phtml?action=download&id=6159

They are reduced down in size, and increased of their numbers. You will have a nice forest though in "sparse".
