FS simulate rate

Hello
I have the problem that the strobe lights are to fast. I have the simulate rate on normal as it should. But I heared that there is a FS9 and Dual-Core processor Patch that should fix so they goes to normal speed. Does anyone know where to find that patch or the name of the patch?

Don't know if this is what you are looking for, but it's the only FS-related (or game-related) fix I've heard of.
