"Sorry for my english"

Ok, I just have to say this...
I've been studying swedish for three years now, but I didn't take it too seriously during the first two years. And what happened... My swedish sounds horrible.
I'm also against "forced-swedish", but as long as you really are forced to study it, I suggest you do it well. And of course try to remember what you have learned.

But I still don't get it... where do we need swedish so much, here in Finland? I live in northwestern Finland, near the border of Sweden and Finland, but I never need swedish here. (Actually, instead of speaking only swedish or finnish, some people here use a combination of finnish and swedish called "Meän kieli".)

Dunno whether it is a pertinent question, but anyway.. does anyone can speak English  in Finnland? I mean if I'll get to the Finnland someday, could I use only English there without any knowledge of Finnish?

You are very wellcome to try!
You can live very well only with Your english in Finland.
All old peoples can't speak, but younger can rather well.
