Trim in the erj panel

Have you tested settings on FS "assignments" -page? Not very sophisticated tool but helped me with some a/c.

The assignments page did not do anything to fix the the problem. I have two other, freeware, panels that are just as good (if not better in one or two areas) as this 145s' and everything on these panels functions fluently without me registering (buying) fsuipc. Wx radar, pitch trim, tcas, etc. Why is it that you need the registered version of fsuipc for the trim on the 145 panel to be adjusted in smooth increments?
However, before someone blows something I said above out of proportion. Bill's 145 panel is awesome.

Since there is no code in the panel that addresses trim control ( it only checks its position), I can't imagine why you are having problems with trim. Perhaps it is the airplane you are using. Try another airplane and see if you still have this problem. If that fails, I guess you'll be forced to use one of those "better" panels.
